Board of Directors:
This volunteer position requires a 10-25 hours/month commitment. If you live or work in the Region of Halton, and have some of the following skills, we would like to hear from you.
Skills: Currently we are seeking applicants with Law or Fundraising and Marketing backgrounds. Consumers or family members of mental health system are encouraged to apply. Applicants from diverse communities representative of Halton are also strongly encouraged to apply.

Administrative Volunteers (Milton, Oakville, Burlington, Acton)
There is always a need for volunteers that could asist with the day to day office administration tasks such as photocoping, faxing, direct mail preparation and various other projects that come up from time to time.
Interested persons should be energetic, creative, and personable. Must be able to commit to 6 – 10 hours per month. Volunteering for CMHA will enable you to make an outstanding contribution to the quality of life for people living in the community with a mental health illness.

Mental Health Promotions Team (throughout Halton)
Volunteers can be of great assistance in helping to promote the programs and services of CMHA at community events, workplace wellness fairs, schools and malls. Join our promotions team and sign up for the events that work with your schedule. Orientation and training are provided.
